WP6: Design of the Teacher Training Course
Scope
The Teacher Training Course will adress in-service and future teachers enrolled in teacher training institutions, especially those involved in CLIL projects or interested in this kind of experience. It will be designed in order to provide them with the necessary tools to use the Hanbook and Digital Modules in their classes and also to increase their awareness of the opportunities offered by interdisciplinary and multicultural didactics.
The course, by introducing context, methodology and contents of the HandBook and Digital Modules, aims at developing a framework for multicultural and interdisciplinary practices.
It will consist of 3 modules, the first one dealing with the methodological approach, the second with the topics and the last one with the technical solutions.
The course will be offered by each institution partner to their future teachers as well as to the teachers employed in the schools of the region. For this reason, each institution will act in order to obtain the official endorsement of the local Education Authority.
The curriculum of the course will be available in English and then translated and adapted in each partner language.
