The aim of the conference is to open a discussion and collect the first instance and the critical issues that arise by the institution of teaching „History and geography“. From the curricular, will focus attention on ways to promote specific skills and cross the epistemological assumptions consistent with the disciplines of geography and history and the New National Guidelines for the high schools of upper secondary school degree. Will also contain proposals of the Working Group for the Teaching of Geography and History, recently established at the Department of Geography, University of Padova.
